Maple Syrup

Well I think it is safe to say that after my Mom sent me to Holland with four gallons of Vermont home made Maple Syrup, it is a staple ingredient in many dishes we make. Thankfully we have so much, that i don't see ourselves running out in the near future.

Today was a relaxing day where I regained my energy from the weekend. It's a little sad think that friday was our last voyage in the Emma before she is sold to a new owner. I am burning through Fall of Giants, the story is seamless and is perfectly crafted.

Monday school resumes. It will be nice to have a routine again.
