My knee is out to kill me, I am sure of it! While Jelle and I were playing some frisbee I just stepped weird and I broke a lot of scare tissue. It is nothing bad, if anything it is good, but there was a good amount of pain and probably mental pain because I thought I may have hurt it again. Besides that, we went sailing today! The weather has cleared up and there is a steady wind. The only thing we could ask for was a but of sun, for it is still overcast. More sailing later and probably late night ping pong! Wouter is visiting tomorrow, so it will be nice to see him before he goes off to University.
